  • 0. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar, and salt until pale. Add the oil and milk. Stir in the sifted flour and baking powder, then the vanilla or zest. Pour the mixture into the previously oiled and floured mold.
  • 1. Distribute the red fruits over the surface, pressing them slightly into the batter. Add the dark chocolate chips evenly. Sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts.
  • 2. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for 40-45 minutes, checking with a toothpick in the center. Let cool completely before unmolding.
