  • 0. Before you begin, prepare the grapes by peeling them one by one. I used a white seedless grape variety. In a bowl, mix the whole eggs with the sugar using a wooden spoon or a whisk. Gradually add the two previously mixed flours (rice and buckwheat or millet).
  • 1. Continue mixing while adding the butter melted in a bain-marie, the almond or quinoa milk and finally a sachet of baking powder.
  • 2. Once the mixture is smooth and lump-free, add the white grapes. Pour the mixture into a cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30-40 minutes.
  • 3. Decorate the cake while still warm with chopped walnuts.
