Ingredients
- Grapes400 g
- Almond milk200 ml
- Buckwheat flour200 g
- Granulated sugar100 g
- Rice flour100 g
- Butter60 g
- Walnuts40 g
- Baking powder16 g
- Eggs2 u (120 g)
Procedure
0. Before you begin, prepare the grapes by peeling them one by one. I used a white seedless grape variety. In a bowl, mix the whole eggs with the sugar using a wooden spoon or a whisk. Gradually add the two previously mixed flours (rice and buckwheat or millet).
1. Continue mixing while adding the butter melted in a bain-marie, the almond or quinoa milk and finally a sachet of baking powder.
2. Once the mixture is smooth and lump-free, add the white grapes. Pour the mixture into a cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30-40 minutes.
3. Decorate the cake while still warm with chopped walnuts.
