- Watermelon400 g
- Coconut water200 ml
- Chia seeds5 g
- Lime1 u (50 g)
- Ginger1 teaspoon
- Banana1 u (180 g)
- Fresh mintto taste
Procedure
0. Cut the watermelon and banana into chunks. Place all the ingredients in a blender: watermelon, banana, coconut water, ginger, lime juice, mint, and (optional) seeds.
1. Add the ice cubes and blend on high for about 30–40 seconds, until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with mint leaves or a lime wedge.
