  • 0. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce with the grated ginger. Brush the tuna fillet with the marinade and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • 1. Spread the sesame seeds on a plate. Roll the tuna in the seeds, pressing lightly to coat them well on all sides.
  • 2. Heat the oil in a pan over high heat. Sear the tuna for 30 seconds per side, so that a crust forms on the outside but the inside remains raw. Immediately transfer the tuna to a cutting board and let it rest for 2 minutes.
  • 3. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Sriracha, and lime juice until smooth.
  • 4. Cut the tuna into slices about 1 cm thick. Arrange on a plate and garnish with the spicy sauce and, if desired, a few basil leaves or microgreens.
