Ceviche di tonno e fragole: un mix audace di freschezza marina e dolcezza fruttata che sorprende e conquista al primo assaggio!

  • 0. Cut the fresh tuna into cubes of about 1 cm on each side and place them in a large bowl.
  • 1. Squeeze the limes and pour the juice over the tuna cubes. Stir well so the lime juice evenly coats the tuna. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 2. Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half or quarters, depending on their size. Wash and thinly slice the strawberries. Wash and roughly chop the mint leaves.
  • 3. Once the tuna has marinated, add the cherry tomatoes, strawberries, and mint to the bowl with the tuna. Season with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Stir gently to avoid breaking the tuna cubes.
  • 4. Divide the ceviche between serving plates and sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts just before serving to keep it crunchy.
