Ingredients
- Zucchini250 g
- Tomino del Boscaiolo4 u (320 g)
- Extra virgin olive oilto taste
- Fine saltto taste
- Rosemaryto taste
Procedure
0. Rinse the zucchini under running water, pat dry with paper towels, and trim the ends. Then, using a vegetable peeler or knife, cut them into 1-2 mm thick slices and grill them lightly with a drizzle of oil until tender.
1. Arrange 4 zucchini slices in a star-shaped shape. Place a tomino cheese in the center and close with the remaining zucchini slices, securing with toothpicks. Continue in this manner with the remaining tomino cheeses.
2. Arrange them in a baking dish, drizzle with oil, and season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Finally, bake the tomini in a static oven at 200°C (390°F) on the middle shelf for 10 minutes. Alternatively, you can use an air fryer.
