Strati cremosi di mascarpone e savoiardi imbevuti di caffè, un dolce che conquista con ogni morso di dolcezza e velluto amaro.
Ingredients
- Coffee200 ml
- Mascarpone125 g
- Ladyfingers75 g
- Granulated sugar20 g
- Eggs1 u (60 g)
- Unsweetened cocoa powderto taste
Procedure
0. Start by separating the yolks from the egg whites and whip the egg whites until stiff.
1. In another bowl, beat the egg yolks and sugar with an electric whisk until the mixture is light and fluffy.
2. Gently fold the mascarpone into this mixture and mix. Then add the egg whites beaten until stiff.
3. Arrange a layer of ladyfingers in the glasses and brush them carefully with coffee.
4. Cover the biscuits with a layer of mascarpone cream. Repeat until you have three layers and finish with bitter cocoa.
5. Let it rest in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
