- Chicken breast500 g
- Sweet potatoes500 g
- Coconut milk160 ml
- Coriander25 g

- Lime1 u (50 g)
- Granulated sugarto taste
- Curryto taste
- Thai fish sauceto taste
- Extra virgin olive oilto taste
- Chili pepperto taste
- Gingerto taste
- Lemongrassto taste
Procedure
0. Heat the oil in a large wok and add the garlic, chili pepper, ginger, lemongrass, coriander stems, and curry powder. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the aromas are released.
1. Add the chicken broth, coconut cream, and the sweet potatoes (previously cleaned, peeled, and diced) and cook for 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender. Then remove the lemongrass stalk.
2. Add the chicken and cook gently for 5-10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. Stir in the lime juice, sugar, and fish sauce, sprinkle with the cilantro leaves, and serve.
