Ingredients
- Porcini mushrooms500 g
- Durum wheat pasta250 g
- Parsley2 tablespoons
- Sour cream1 glass
Procedure
0. Start by putting the pot of water on the stove to cook the tagliatelle and bring it to the boil.
1. Clean the porcini mushrooms by cutting off the toughest part of the stem. Use a knife to remove the thin skin from the top, when possible. Wipe them only with a damp cloth; do not wash them. Place them in a pan with olive oil.
2. Cook the whole mushrooms over low heat to prevent them from burning. Once cooked, add the sour cream and stir for a minute.
