Il tabbouleh, fresca insalata mediorientale a base di bulgur, prezzemolo, pomodori e limone. Un piatto leggero e profumato, ideale come contorno estivo o antipasto salutare.
Ingredients
- Cluster tomato300 g
- Cucumber300 g
- Bulgur200 g
- Red onion150 g
- Feta100 g
- Coriander100 g
- Mint50 g
- Fine saltto taste
- Extra virgin olive oilto taste
- Lemonto taste
Procedure
0. Start by chopping both the cilantro and mint, rinsing them under cold running water and draining them well. Wash, clean and dice the cucumbers, onion and tomatoes.
1. Place the bulgur in a large bowl, add water, and let it soak for about 5 minutes to absorb some of the moisture. Drain carefully, transfer it to a large bowl, and add the parsley, mint, onion, tomatoes, and cucumbers.
2. Add the lemon juice, crumbled feta, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, and a pinch of salt, and stir to combine. Serve the tabbouleh.
