Un desert delizioso e sorprendente fatto da ravioli dolci ripieni di marmellata e mascarpone!
Ingredients
- Type 00 flour200 g
- Jam125 g
- Mascarpone50 g
- Eggs2 u (120 g)
- Fine saltto taste
- Powdered sugarto taste
Procedure
0. Prepare the dough: Place the flour in a mound on a clean work surface. Crack the eggs into the center and add a pinch of salt. Using a fork, begin beating the eggs, gradually incorporating the flour until a dough forms. Knead the dough vigorously with your hands until it becomes smooth and elastic. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
1. Prepare the filling: In a bowl, mix the jam and cream cheese until smooth. Taste and add powdered sugar if you prefer a sweeter filling.
2. Roll out the dough using a pasta machine or a hammer and cut out discs. Dust with flour to prevent the discs from sticking. Fill the discs and seal them by overlapping the dough as shown in the image.
3. Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook the ravioli in boiling water for about 3-4 minutes, or until they float to the surface and the pasta is cooked. Remove carefully using a slotted spoon. Dust the ravioli with powdered sugar, if desired, for an extra touch of sweetness. Serve hot and enjoy these delicious sweet jam ravioli!
