La panzanella estiva è un’insalata fresca e croccante, con pane raffermo, pomodori maturi, cetrioli e basilico, perfetta per rinfrescare le giornate calde con gusto e leggerezza.

- Cluster tomato500 g
- Cucumber250 g
- Spanish beans (precooked)240 g
- Red onion100 g
- White wine vinegarto taste

Procedure
0. Start by cutting the bread and toasting it in a pan with a drizzle of oil and salt.
1. Meanwhile, wash the tomatoes and cut them into 1cm chunks. Peel the onion and cucumbers and cut them into thin slices. Drain the beans and rinse them under running water. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and season with oil, vinegar, and basil.
