  • 0. Wash the peppers, cut them in half, remove the stem, white part, and seeds. Cut each pepper in half, obtaining large pepper slices.
  • 1. Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the pepper pieces next to each other.
  • 2. Season them with salt and drizzle with olive oil. Now, preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Meanwhile, prepare the breading.
  • 3. Mix the breadcrumbs with the chopped parsley, crushed garlic, grated cheese, and a pinch of salt. Add the breadcrumbs to the peppers.
  • 4. Transfer the pan to a hot oven and bake the peppers for about 20 minutes. They're ready when they're golden brown and crispy on the outside.
