Peperoni ripieni gustosi e colorati, farciti con carne, riso o verdure. Un piatto tradizionale ricco di sapore e perfetto per tutta la famiglia.
Ingredients
- Bell pepper350 g
- Parmigiano Reggiano DOP25 g
- Breadcrumbs25 g
- Garlic1 clove
- Parsleyto taste
- Fine saltto taste
- Extra virgin olive oilto taste
Procedure
0. Wash the peppers, cut them in half, remove the stem, white part, and seeds. Cut each pepper in half, obtaining large pepper slices.
1. Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the pepper pieces next to each other.
2. Season them with salt and drizzle with olive oil. Now, preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Meanwhile, prepare the breading.
3. Mix the breadcrumbs with the chopped parsley, crushed garlic, grated cheese, and a pinch of salt. Add the breadcrumbs to the peppers.
4. Transfer the pan to a hot oven and bake the peppers for about 20 minutes. They're ready when they're golden brown and crispy on the outside.
