Polpettine in umido: morbide, saporite e avvolte da un sugo ricco, un comfort food che scalda il cuore in ogni stagione!
Ingredients
- Ground beef250 g
- New potatoes250 g
- Frozen peas100 g
- Celery20 g
- Golden onion20 g
- Carrots20 g
- Eggs1 u (60 g)
- Garlic1 clove
- Parsleyto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Fine saltto taste
- Breadcrumbsto taste
- Parmigiano Reggiano DOPto taste
Procedure
0. First prepare the meatballs by adding the finely chopped onion, salt, pepper, an egg yolk, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese and seasonings to taste (for example parsley) to the minced meat.
1. Form meatballs and coat them in a little white flour.
2. In a pan, sauté the onion and the celery and carrot mixture. Add the meatballs one at a time and sauté until golden brown on all sides.
3. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
4. Separately, prepare the broth. Add the broth to the meatballs and potatoes a little at a time until both are cooked.
5. Ten minutes before the end of cooking time, add the frozen peas. Serve with fresh bread, couscous, rice, or a side dish of your choice.
