- Cod fillet200 g
- Cherry tomato100 g
- Garlic1 clove
- Fine saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Capers in saltto taste
- Extra virgin olive oilto taste
Procedure
0. Start by finely chopping a piece of garlic and cooking it in a nonstick pan over low heat with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and capers (if desired). After a few minutes, add the fish. Cover and cook.
1. Meanwhile, wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Add them to the pan with a pinch of salt and parsley. For a more flavorful dish, you can add some pitted olives. Cook for 2 minutes with the lid on. Remove the lid and carefully flip the cod fillets. Cook over high heat for a few minutes.
2. Once the desired cooking time is reached, turn off the heat and serve!
