Ingredients
- Puff pastry230 g
- Scamorza50 g
- Smoked bacon50 g
- Cherry tomato15 u (300 g)
- Zucchini3 u (600 g)
- Eggs2 u (120 g)
- Fine saltto taste
- Basilto taste
- Golden onionto taste
Procedure
0. First, cut the courgettes into slices and brown them in a pan with a drizzle of oil and onion to taste.
1. Cut the cherry tomatoes and scamorza into cubes
2. Once the courgettes are golden, brown the diced bacon in the same pan.
3. Roll out the puff pastry, prick it and fill it with the browned courgettes, the bacon, the scamorza and the cherry tomatoes.
4. Pour two beaten eggs on the savory pie and bake at 220° for about 30 minutes
5. Let it cool a bit, slice it, and serve! Note: You can use any vegetables or ingredients you have on hand for this savory pie: it's the tastiest fridge-emptying treat ever!
