Morbidissime polpette verdi di spinaci e ricotta, un mix leggero e cremoso che conquista al primo assaggio!
Ingredients
- Fresh spinach300 g
- Cow ricotta250 g
- Parmigiano Reggiano DOP50 g
- Breadcrumbs20 g
- Garlic1 clove
- Fine saltto taste
- Extra virgin olive oilto taste
- Black pepperto taste
Procedure
0. Blanch the spinach with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Once wilted, turn off the heat.
1. In a bowl, mix together the drained spinach, ricotta, eggs, grated garlic, Parmesan cheese, and breadcrumbs (to adjust the consistency of the mixture).
2. Make balls and coat them in breadcrumbs, then cook in a pan with a drizzle of oil or in a fan oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
