Ingredients
- Carrots100 g
- Golden onion100 g
- Dried soybeans100 g
- Fine saltto taste
- Chickpea flourto taste
- Corn oilto taste
- Parsleyto taste
Procedure
0. Place the soybeans in a pan of water and let them soak for at least 24 hours. Alternatively, if you don't have much time, you can let them simmer on the stove for about ten minutes, then turn off the heat, cover the pan, and let them soak for a couple of hours.
1. Drain and rinse the soybeans thoroughly. Then cook them in a pot for two hours, adding water until completely covered. Add the previously diced vegetables.
2. Once the soybeans are cooked, drain them. It's best to keep them as dry as possible. Blend them until smooth.
3. So, start by forming meatballs, which you'll then roll in chickpea flour. Fry in plenty of seed oil at 180°C. Serve hot!
