  • 0. Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk and sugar and let it rest for 5 minutes. In a bowl, combine the flour and salt, then add the milk with the yeast, the egg, and 30 grams of melted butter. Knead until the dough is smooth and elastic. Cover and let it rise for about 1 hour, until doubled in size.
  • 1. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and shape them into balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them rise for another 30 minutes. Brush the surface with the egg yolk and milk mixture.
  • 2. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 18-20 minutes, until the rolls are golden brown. Once baked, brush them with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped mint.
  • 3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the lemon zest, chives, salt, and pepper. Cut the rolls in half and spread the cream cheese mixture on top.
