Procedure
0. Wash the blackberries and mint leaves. Pat them dry. Place the blackberries, Greek yogurt, coconut milk, mint leaves, and honey in a blender. Add ice to make the smoothie extra chilled.
1. Blend everything on high speed until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey, if necessary. Serve the smoothie immediately, garnished with a few whole blackberries or a mint leaf.
