- Water375 ml
- Manitoba flour250 g
- Tomato puree250 ml
- Whole wheat flour250 g
- Mozzarella200 g
- Fresh sausage200 g
- Fine salt10 g
- Fresh yeast6 g
- Bell pepper1 u (220 g)
- Black pepperto taste
- Basilto taste
Procedure
0. Start by preparing the dough. In a large bowl add the water with the yeast. Mix until it dissolves completely. Add the flours and incorporate completely to create the gluten mesh.
1. After this time, divide the dough into loaves and let it rest again for an hour. In the meantime, clean and cut the peppers into strips. Let the tomato puree flavor with salt, basil and a spoonful of oil.
2. Turn the oven on to 250°C and start rolling out the pizzas. Place the tomato sauce on top with the help of a spoon. Then add the peppers and the sausage without the casing. Bake for 7 minutes. After this time add the squeezed and chopped mozzarella and cook for another 7/8 minutes. Serve hot!
