- Cucumber250 g
- Cherry tomato250 g
- Borlotti beans (precooked)240 g
- Crackers125 g
- White wine vinegar25 ml
- Extra virgin olive oil2 tablespoons
- Fine saltto taste

- Basilto taste
Procedure
0. Very simple to prepare without turning on the stove. Wash the cucumbers and tomatoes. Peel the cucumbers and dice them. Dice the tomatoes too. Drain a can of beans and give them a rinse.
1. In a bowl, add the tomatoes, cucumbers, beans, a tablespoon of vinegar, and two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Season with a generous pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper, and basil leaves. For a crunchy touch and a complete amino acid profile, add some crackers or croutons!
