- Garlic1 clove
- Lemon1 u (85 g)

Procedure
0. Quickly wash the spinach and dry it.
1. Heat the oil in a pan with the crushed garlic.
2. Add the spinach and sauté over high heat for 1-2 minutes.
3. Turn off the heat, remove the garlic and season with the juice of half a lemon, salt and pepper.
4. Serve them immediately, as a fresh and vitamin-packed side dish.
