- Fresh sausage300 g
- Tomato puree250 ml
- Frozen spinach150 g
- Golden onion1 u (150 g)
- Carrots1 u (75 g)
- Extra virgin olive oilto taste
- Fine saltto taste
Procedure
0. Clean the vegetables and dice them. Add a drizzle of oil and the vegetables to a pan. Add the diced sausage.
1. Brown everything and deglaze with a glass of white wine. Add the tomato puree, a glass of water, and the spinach. Season with salt and pepper and cook for half an hour.
2. Serve warm with croutons or bread!
