  • 0. Clean, wash and dry the rocket.
  • 1. Place the peeled almonds, pecorino, parmesan, garlic, and 1/3 of the oil in a blender and blend for 30 seconds at Turbo speed. Remove from the bowl and set aside.
  • 2. Place the arugula in the bowl (no need to wash it) and begin blending at speed 6. Add the remaining oil in a drizzle, blending for a total of 1 minute.
  • 3. Then add the almond cream and blend for another 30 seconds, Turbo speed.
