Pesto di rucola fresco e aromatico preparato con il Bimby. Una salsa versatile e saporita, perfetta per pasta, bruschette e antipasti.
Ingredients
- Extra virgin olive oil150 ml
- Arugula100 g
- Almonds50 g
- Parmigiano Reggiano DOP30 g
- Pecorino30 g
- Garlic1 clove
Procedure
0. Clean, wash and dry the rocket.
1. Place the peeled almonds, pecorino, parmesan, garlic, and 1/3 of the oil in a blender and blend for 30 seconds at Turbo speed. Remove from the bowl and set aside.
2. Place the arugula in the bowl (no need to wash it) and begin blending at speed 6. Add the remaining oil in a drizzle, blending for a total of 1 minute.
3. Then add the almond cream and blend for another 30 seconds, Turbo speed.
