Ingredients
- Ground beef250 g
- Vegetable broth250 ml
- Basmati rice200 g
- Zucchini2 g
- Garlic2 cloves
- Avocado1 u (300 g)
- Soy sauce1 tablespoon
- Fine saltto taste
- Extra virgin olive oilto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Cuminto taste
- Chili pepperto taste
Procedure
0. Start by cooking the ground beef in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Add salt and pepper. Meanwhile, heat the broth (or make it with a stock cube) and begin toasting the rice in a small saucepan. Add a pinch of salt.
1. Cook the rice with the broth until absorbed. Meanwhile, grate the zucchini and garlic. Add the vegetables to the same pan as the meat and add a ladle of broth.
2. Season the meat with your desired spices. Cook covered for about 7 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the avocado in half and remove the seed. Using a spoon, scoop out the flesh and slice it. Sauté the meat and vegetables with a little soy sauce.
3. Once the rice is ready, plate as shown in the photo and serve hot!
