Riso pilaf soffice e profumato, preparato facilmente con il Bimby. Il contorno perfetto, ricco di gusto e semplice da realizzare.
Ingredients
- Vegetable broth500 ml
- Basmati rice200 g
- Golden onion50 g
- Butter40 g
- Cloves3 u
- Fine saltto taste
- Ground cinnamonto taste
Procedure
0. Start by rinsing the rice well under running water to remove all the starch.
1. Peel the onion, add it to the bowl and chop for 30 seconds at speed 5.
2. Add the butter and sauté for 2-3 minutes at 70°C, speed 1. The onion should not brown, but only become very translucent.
3. Add the cinnamon and cloves and cook for 1 minute, counterclockwise at 80°C, speed 1.
4. Finally, add the rice and toast for 2 minutes, Varoma temperature, counterclockwise, always speed 1.
5. Add the hot broth (already salted) and cook for 12-15 minutes (or until the broth has completely evaporated) at 100°C, counterclockwise, speed 1.
6. Once ready, fluff the rice with a fork and serve your fragrant pilaf rice to accompany meat or vegetable dishes.
