Procedure
0. Preheat the oven to 190°C. Cut the rhubarb into 1-inch pieces and place them in a deep baking dish. Cover with sugar and orange juice.
1. Prepare the crumble topping by combining the flour in a bowl with the butter. Add the ground ginger and sugar.
2. Spread the crumble on the baking sheet and gently press it onto the fruit using a fork. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm with custard!
