  • 0. Place the oats, milk, and pinch of salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
  • 1. Once it reaches a boil, lower the heat and let it simmer for about 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly, until the oats have absorbed most of the liquid and are soft.
  • 2. Add the raspberries to the pot and stir gently. If using frozen raspberries, cook them for a few more minutes until they're warmed through and soft.
  • 3. Remove the porridge from the heat and add the honey, stirring well to distribute it evenly.
  • 4. Pour the porridge into individual bowls. You can garnish with a few more fresh raspberries, a drizzle of honey, and, if desired, chopped walnuts or almonds, chia seeds, or a dusting of cinnamon.
