Inizia la giornata con un porridge di lamponi cremoso e sano, arricchito da frutti freschi e un tocco di dolcezza naturale. Perfetto per una colazione energetica e gustosa.
Ingredients
- Semi-skimmed milk500 ml
- Raspberry100 g
- Oat flakes80 g
- Honey1 tablespoon
- Fine saltto taste
- Chia seedsto taste
Procedure
0. Place the oats, milk, and pinch of salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
1. Once it reaches a boil, lower the heat and let it simmer for about 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly, until the oats have absorbed most of the liquid and are soft.
2. Add the raspberries to the pot and stir gently. If using frozen raspberries, cook them for a few more minutes until they're warmed through and soft.
3. Remove the porridge from the heat and add the honey, stirring well to distribute it evenly.
4. Pour the porridge into individual bowls. You can garnish with a few more fresh raspberries, a drizzle of honey, and, if desired, chopped walnuts or almonds, chia seeds, or a dusting of cinnamon.
