- Jam300 g
- Type 0 flour200 g
- Butter100 g
- Brown sugar100 g
- Whole wheat flour50 g
- Oat flour50 g
- Baking powder8 g
- Eggs2 u (120 g)
- Vanillin powder1 u
- Fine saltto taste
Procedure
0. Start by dicing the butter. Then, while still cold from the refrigerator, mix it with the flour and baking powder. Use a fork to incorporate it. Add the sugar, salt, eggs, and vanilla.
1. Continue stirring with a fork until coarse crumbs form. Grease a 24 cm diameter pan and spoon the mixture into the bottom. Add the jam and cover with more batter. Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes. Allow the cake to cool before removing it from the pan.
