Ingredients
- Brie200 g
- Vegetable broth50 ml
- Butter20 g
- Honey2 tablespoons
- Radicchio1 u (250 g)
- Black pepperto taste
- Fine saltto taste
Procedure
0. Start by gently washing the radicchio leaves and dry them carefully.
1. Melt the butter in a large skillet and add the radicchio leaves. Sear them for a few minutes on each side, adding a drizzle of broth to keep them soft and slightly moist. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Cut the brie into small rectangular pieces, compact enough to be wrapped in radicchio without breaking.
3. Take a blanched radicchio leaf, place a piece of brie in the center, and roll it up tightly. Repeat until you've used up all the ingredients.
4. Heat the pan again, add the rolls and cook them over low heat for 2-3 minutes, until the brie begins to melt slightly.
5. Once ready, arrange them on a serving plate and add a drizzle of honey on top of each roll to enhance the contrast between sweet and bitter.
