Gateau di patate morbido e filante, preparato facilmente con il Bimby. Un piatto ricco e goloso, perfetto come contorno o piatto unico.
Ingredients
- Yellow potatoes1 Kg
- Mozzarella300 g
- Semi-skimmed milk100 ml
- Parmigiano Reggiano DOP50 g
- Eggs3 u (180 g)
- Black pepperto taste

- Breadcrumbsto taste
- Nutmegto taste
Procedure
0. Place 400 g of water in the bowl. Peel the potatoes, dice them, place them in the basket, and cook at Varoma temperature for 20 minutes, speed 1.
1. Then, drain the water, place the potatoes in the bowl, add the butter, nutmeg, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and eggs, and begin mixing, speed 7. Gradually add the milk. Mix for about 1 minute, until the dough becomes firm. Finally, add the diced mozzarella and mix with a spatula.
2. Butter a baking dish and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs. Pour the potato mixture into the dish and smooth it out as evenly as possible. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, a little Parmesan cheese, and a few curls of butter. Bake in a convection oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 40 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve your potato gateau while still warm.
