  • 1. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and chop them roughly. Boil them in salted water for about 10-12 minutes. Drain the potatoes.
  • 2. In a bowl, mash the potatoes with a pinch of salt, pepper, an egg, the mushrooms, the breadcrumbs, and the grated cheese.
  • 3. Shape the balls and cook in an air fryer at 220°C for 15/20 minutes.
