Ingredients
- Oat flakes50 g
- Dark chocolate10 g
- Banana1 u (180 g)
- Peanut butter1 tablespoon
- Semi-skimmed milk1 glass
Procedure
0. Mash a ripe banana with a fork until pureed.
1. In a saucepan, combine the oats, milk, a pinch of salt, and the mashed banana. Bring to a boil over medium-low heat, stirring frequently. The banana will melt into the mixture, giving the porridge a creamy texture and a naturally sweet flavor.
2. Once the oats have thickened (about 5 minutes), add the peanut butter and mix well until fully combined.
3. Once the porridge has reached the desired consistency, remove it from the heat and pour into a bowl.
4. Add a few pieces of dark chocolate to the hot porridge so it melts slightly. If desired, you can add a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup for an extra touch of sweetness.
5. If you prefer, you can also add some fresh banana slices on top of the cooked porridge for an additional textural contrast.
