Crema di funghi porcini vellutata e profumata, perfetta come primo piatto o condimento ricco per pasta e crostini.
Ingredients
- Water1 L
- Porcini mushrooms250 g
- White bread150 g
- Cooking cream50 ml
- Butter50 g
- Fine saltto taste
- Mild gorgonzolato taste
- Type 00 flourto taste
Procedure
0. To make the mushroom cream soup, first wash and clean the porcini mushrooms. Slice them and sauté them in butter. Then, sprinkle the sautéed mixture with flour and pour in 1 liter of water. Then, let the mixture simmer until it forms a fairly thick cream.
1. Once you've achieved the right consistency, add the cream, a pinch of salt, and the chopped parsley. Continue cooking for a few more minutes. Then add a little gorgonzola. Finally, serve the mushroom cream soup on toasted bread.
