Ingredients
- Tomato puree200 ml
- Cheese100 g
- Rice cakes60 g
- Extra virgin olive oil10 ml
- Dried oreganoto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Fine saltto taste
Procedure
0. Mix the tomato puree with salt, pepper, oregano, and oil. Arrange the rice cakes in a baking dish and spread a little sauce and the diced scamorza cheese on each one.
1. Bake in a static oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
