Peperonata gustosa e colorata preparata con il Bimby, un contorno semplice e saporito perfetto per accompagnare carne e pesce.
Ingredients
- Bell pepper500 g
- Cluster tomato200 g
- Spring onion70 g
- Garlic1 clove
- Fine saltto taste
- Extra virgin olive oilto taste
- Black pepperto taste
Procedure
0. Clean the peppers: remove the stems, seeds, and white membranes. Cut the peppers into strips about 1 cm wide. Clean the onion, cut it into 4, place it in the bowl, and chop for 5 seconds at speed 7. Add the oil and garlic, then sauté for 3 minutes at 100°C, speed 1, counterclockwise.
1. Add the peppers and cook for 10 minutes at 100°C, speed 1 counterclockwise.
2. Finally, add the halved cherry tomatoes, salt, and pepper, and cook for another 15 minutes at 100°C/speed 1, counterclockwise.
