Spaghetti avvolti in un abbraccio di aglio dorato, olio extra vergine e una pioggia di parmigiano grattugiato: semplicità che conquista al primo assaggio.
Ingredients
- Durum wheat pasta250 g
- Parmigiano Reggiano DOP50 g
- Garlic1 clove
- Chili pepperto taste
- Extra virgin olive oilto taste
- Parsleyto taste
Procedure
0. Start by boiling some salted water and preparing a mixture of garlic, chili pepper and parsley.
1. In a deep pan, add a generous drizzle of oil and brown the chopped vegetables over low heat.
2. Once you've added the pasta to the pot, add a ladle of the pasta cooking water to the pan. Continue cooking the pasta and finish cooking it in the pan for the last minute so that the starches form a cream.
3. Stir in the cheese off the heat and serve.
