Piatto estivo perfetto nelle giornate più torride, facile da preparare ed ottimo anche freddo come schiscetta.
Ingredients
- Durum wheat pasta200 g
- Tuna in oil150 g
- Extra virgin olive oil2 tablespoons
- Zucchini1 u (200 g)
- Garlic1 clove
- Oxheart tomato1 u (250 g)
- Fine saltto taste
- Fresh mintto taste
- Black pepperto taste
Procedure
0. Start by putting the pasta cooking water on. In a pan, sauté the diced zucchini with a finely minced garlic clove. Add a pinch of salt and two tablespoons of oil. Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes.
1. Once the water boils, cook the pasta for the cooking time. Meanwhile, add the tomatoes to the pan and continue cooking for about 7 minutes with a lid on. Remove the lid and add the tuna.
2. Stir the cooked pasta into the pan and add some fresh mint.
