Ingredients
- Tomato puree350 ml
- Durum wheat pasta350 g
- Precooked cotechino350 g
- Vegetable broth250 ml
- Borlotti beans (precooked)240 g
- White onion2 u (300 g)
- Garlic1 clove
- Fine saltto taste
- Parsleyto taste
- Chili pepperto taste
Procedure
0. Start by opening the pre-cooked cotechino and mashing it with a knife. Finely chop a clove of garlic and the onion. Brown everything in a pan. If desired, you can add half a glass of red wine.
1. Add the tomato puree, chili pepper, and parsley. Cook over low heat for about ten minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the broth and drained and rinsed beans. Cook for about 40 minutes.
2. Add a little water and cook the pasta directly in the pot with the chili. Season with salt if necessary. Once the pasta is cooked, serve hot.
