Una vellutata crema di piselli avvolge la pasta, con un ragù leggero e profumato che sorprende per dolcezza e freschezza.
Ingredients
- Durum wheat pasta250 g
- Ground beef200 g
- Frozen peas125 g
- Parmigiano Reggiano DOP50 g
- Fine saltto taste
- Extra virgin olive oilto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Shallotto taste
Procedure
0. Start by browning the ground beef in a nonstick pan. Meanwhile, bring some salted water to a boil for the pasta.
1. Thinly slice the shallot. Once the meat is browned, place it in a bowl. In the same pan, cook the shallot with the peas, salt, pepper, and parsley.
2. Adjust the cooking of the peas by adding a ladle of the cooking water. Once the peas are cooked (about 7 minutes), blend them with an immersion blender along with the Parmesan cheese and a ladle of the cooking water.
3. Add the cream to the browned meat and stir in the pasta at the end of cooking!
