- Borlotti beans (precooked)240 g
- Durum wheat pasta200 g
- Cherry tomato50 g
- Parmigiano Reggiano DOP4 tablespoons
- Extra virgin olive oil2 tablespoons
- Garlic1 clove
- Chili pepperto taste
- Parsleyto taste
- Fine saltto taste
Procedure
0. The process is very simple. Start by boiling water for the pasta. Meanwhile, add the drained and rinsed pre-cooked beans to a pan. Add the oil, parsley, and finely chopped garlic.
1. Cook with a lid on over medium heat for a few minutes. Then add a ladle of cooking water and the chili pepper. Add the quartered tomatoes.
2. Drain the pasta and mix it with the beans and parmesan!
