La mousse di maracuja รจ un dessert fresco e vellutato, dal gusto esotico e leggermente acidulo del frutto della passione, perfetto per concludere con dolcezza un pasto estivo.
Ingredients
- Passion fruit250 g
- Fresh cream200 ml
- Condensed milk200 g
- Lime1 u (50 g)
Procedure
0. Cut the passion fruit in half. Be careful not to crush it when cutting. Scoop out the pulp.
1. In a tall container, blend the cream, condensed milk, and a few drops of lime juice. Add the passion fruit pulp.
2. Pour the mixture into two bowls and refrigerate for about 4 hours. Garnish the tops with the pulp of two more passion fruits and serve.
