Ingredients
- Carrots250 g
- Zucchini250 g
- Poppy seedsto taste
- Sesame seedsto taste
- Corn oilto taste
- Soy sauceto taste
Procedure
0. Wash the carrots and zucchini. Peel the carrots (you can also scrape off the skin with a knife). Roughly slice the carrots and zucchini into discs.
1. Add the oil, vegetables, and salt to a pan. Cook with a lid on for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Deglaze with the soy sauce and add the seeds. Cook for another five minutes until cooked to your desired doneness.
