Ingredients
- Durum wheat pasta400 g
- Anchovies in oil20 g
- Extra virgin olive oil2 tablespoons
- Garlic2 cloves
- Broccoli1 u (550 g)
- Tarallito taste
- Chili pepperto taste
Procedure
0. Clean the broccoli, removing the toughest parts and separating the florets. Wash the florets thoroughly and cook them in a pot of abundant salted water until tender but still crunchy.
1. In the same water used for the broccoli, cook the orecchiette according to the package instructions.

2. In a large skillet, sauté the minced garlic and chili pepper in plenty of extra virgin olive oil. Add the anchovy fillets and let them melt over low heat. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and toss everything together to blend the flavors.
3. Crush the taralli until they're coarsely ground. In a small pan, toast the taralli until golden and crispy.
4. Drain the orecchiette and transfer them to the pan with the broccoli and anchovy sauce. Toss them together for a minute to thoroughly absorb the sauce. Serve the orecchiette sprinkled with the crunchy tarallo crumbs.
