Un’esplosione di freschezza dolce e agrumata, dove l’arancia si trasforma in una gelatina vellutata che danza leggera sul palato, perfetta per un finale luminoso e gioioso!
Ingredients
- Oranges1 Kg
- Water300 ml
- Pomegranate100 g
- Whole cane sugar50 g
- Agar agar4 g
- Fresh mintto taste
Procedure
0. Squeeze the mandarins and pass the juice through a fine sieve.
1. Add the water and part of the sugar, stir in the agar agar and the rest. Bring the liquid to a boil.
2. Wait a few minutes and pour into molds. Let cool.
3. Garnish with mint leaves and pomegranate seeds.
