I pancake d’avena sono un’ottima alternativa ai pancake tradizionali, perché più ricchi di fibre e più leggeri. Puoi personalizzarli aggiungendo spezie come cannella o vaniglia, oppure arricchendoli con frutta fresca o secca. Sono perfetti per una colazione sana e nutriente, accompagnati magari da sciroppo d'acero o marmellata senza zucchero.
Ingredients
- Soy milk150 ml
- Oat flour100 g
- Baking powder4 g
- Brown sugar1 tablespoon
- Eggs1 u (60 g)
- Vegetable oilto taste
Procedure
0. In a large bowl, mix together the oat flour, baking powder, and pinch of salt.
1. In another bowl, beat the egg with the soy milk. Add sugar if you want the pancakes sweet.
2. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until smooth. If the batter is too thick, you can add a little soy milk to achieve the desired consistency.
3. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and grease it lightly with vegetable oil or margarine.
4. Pour a ladle of batter into the hot pan, forming a circle. Cook the pancake for 2-3 minutes or until bubbles begin to appear on the surface, then flip and cook the other side for 1-2 minutes, until golden brown.
5. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
