Ingredients

- Brown sugar100 g
- Hazelnuts100 g

Procedure
0. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix the softened butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla extract and continue mixing.
1. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add these dry ingredients to the butter and egg mixture, mixing well until fully incorporated.
2. Add the rolled oats and chopped hazelnuts to the mixture and mix until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
3. Scoop out small amounts of dough with a spoon and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each one.
4. Bake the cookies for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to finish cooling.
