  • 0. For the crust: Blend the biscuits together with the melted butter and mix until smooth. Once the mixture is smooth, spread it out in a round cake pan lined with parchment paper and create the base of your cheesecake. Let it rest in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  • 1. In a bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Add the juice of half a lemon and mix until smooth. Add the cream cheese and cream. If desired, use an electric whisk to whip the ingredients evenly.
  • 2. Pour the mixture onto the bottom of the biscuits and bake for an hour at 160°C.
