Ingredients
- Field mushrooms200 g
- Carrots100 g
- Celery30 g
- Cheese20 g
- Eggs2 u (120 g)
- Turmericto taste
- Peanut oilto taste
Procedure
0. Pour the peanut oil into a pan. Quickly scrape the carrots to remove the outer layer, then julienne them if you have a julienne tool or use a grater. Add a small celery stalk, grated or chopped. After two minutes, add the pre-sliced mushrooms.
1. Meanwhile, in a bowl or dish, beat two eggs with a fork. Don't add salt because we'll be adding the soy sauce to the carrots and mushrooms near the end of cooking.
2. Once the carrot and mushroom side dish is well cooked, add a sprinkle of turmeric and pepper. Transfer everything to a plate to clear the pan, or use another plate to make the egg omelette.
